Today I received a Rightio engineer. I explained the water pressure was dropping intermittently and he immediately explained that it's a localised issue, caused by the droughts we're having. He said that he called Rightio on his way to my address to say that might be the problem, and they sent him anyway without passing that message on to me. Righio have charged me £112.80 for 5mins of him being here, and no work was carried out.
The engineer didn’t check any of the faucets, none of the fixtures and fittings. He didn’t fix anything. Rightio called me 3 times before he arrived to say he was on his way, yet at no point did they say he thought it might be a localised issue. I will be taking this matter further.
