“Horrendous service”

I'm in the unfortunate position of buying a property where my vendor has chosen to use 'Premier'. To say their service is abysmal would be generous. This company does a great dis-service to the legal profession. Their communication, even with their clients, is slow, vague and often non existent. I've since spoken to an estate agent who says this company has been the cause of several failed transactions and that he actively discourages people from using them.
