“4 week lead time for a birthday delivery failure”

Given 4 weeks to deliver a birthday present on a specific day Tuffnells Parcel Delivery of Peterborough failed to do such a simple task. A multi million pound company who has no consideration for the delivery point they didn't even consider it good customer relations to advise that it wouldn't be delivered either to their customer Mail Order Trees of Cambridge nor to me. How shabby. I for one will certainly not be using them again and will remove them from the approved supplier list at work.
