Renewing insurance for my elderly parent, the new policy was cancelled within 12 days, gave fause information in regards to being insured, passed from department to department, 2 hour phone call, refunded from £200 policy just £66, if we had not followed their advice and cancelled two days before, refund would have been £125, still scandalous. Operator read responses with no human interaction, both line manager and manager refused to come to take my call. Ripping off OAPs, seriously avoid!
