As first time buyers, New Homes were great in providing clarity on what our next steps would be after putting the reservation fee down. We were promptly contacted to book our first meeting with the mortgage adviser and any queries we had throughout the whole process were answered quickly. The initial meeting was extremely lengthy however we left feeling fully informed about the process. Overall using New Homes was very beneficial for us especially as it can be confusing and stressful for new buyers!
