“Exceeded Expectations”

I decided to try Zooplus after finding that the price for my order was very good (even before the 5% new customer discount) and free delivery with a choice of couriers. I placed my order on Thursday afternoon, not expecting it to be delivered before Monday at the earliest. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an email, saying that my order had been handed to the carrier that afternoon and a further contact from both Zooplus and DPD (chosen carrier) to say that my goods were on their way and that I'd be notified of my delivery slot on Friday morning. I am very impressed with your service Zooplus and intend to shop with you again. I have since been contacted by Zooplus with an offer of a 10% discount off my next order, the voucher is already 'in my basket. Keep up the good work Zooplus.
