“TOP SHOW COMPANY UNDERNEATH RUBBISH”

My daughter was quoted by the best company, we thought. It took nearly six months to complete and Xmas time was left with unfinished windows, gaps, not filled correctly and shabby workmanship. Trying to get in touch with this company was impossible and the manager was never available. Nothing was done and the house was left looking a complete mess. Various teams came and went and each had the work redone and overseen by other people. One team member had drink on his breath and was telling his workmate that it would not take long to finish and they could go and have their dinner. 24 items were on the list and each done with lack luster. Eventually the final team came who did not know what had to be done and were disgusted when they saw the state my daughter's home was left in. Fortunately they were ok and finished everything. The anxiety left the family feeling let down and wondering why the supposed BETTER THAN THE REST company was so bad..... A complaint was sent in and nothing done but read small print. We have just paid over £14,000 for in full to this disgusting company. No compensation has been given. The original money put down was not even given in good faith. Change your add to the most incompetent and that would just about cover it. Mrs Watkins.
