“meet and greet”

Journey to airport perfect. Beautiful car and excellent driver. On return journey we had paid for meet and greet. The driver was not present at the airport and when we phoned him he said he had been delayed bY previous client and would be 10 minutes. He was there in 10 minutes and was very apologetic.He was very helpful and car was Very good. It would have beeN helful however if we had received a message about the delay beforehand. Nevertheless we have used your taxis before and will continue as in general it a very good service.
