I’m a new client with this lot. I took out a motor trade policy they asked for a deposit split over 2 payments, paid first instalment then they sent me notice to cancel asking for more documents. I provided these documents the same day via e-mail to which 4 days on I have had no reply.

I have spent over 2 hours on hold ringing all their phone numbers but no one answers.

I have requested call backs to which no one reply’s.

Avoid at all costs.
