Placed the order, but couldn't pass age verification. I'm 5x, been at the same address 21 years, on the electoral roll for 8 years, what system are they using? They approved it manually fairly quickly.
Order tracking number sent, saying "Parcelforce" with that weblink but number provided didn't work for Parcelforce - wrong length. Wrote to them and they replied "oh it's UPS" - not even a "sorry". UPS site said "label has been printed" and no further information. Nothing. 6 days after the order was placed, half of it showed up, as their warehouse had printed two packing slips / address labels, clearly labelled "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" and some bright spark had folded it in half and sent both but with just one case of Ale and not two.
Still waiting for resolution.
Selling goods online should be fairly easy right? Not here.
