“WARNING! DO NOT USE THEM!”

The guy who came round to give us a quote was nice but the boss of the removals team boss was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He literally threw our possessions around, broke FOUR items of furniture, broke a hifi speaker and scratched, dented and ruined various other things we treasure. Total nightmare.
Moving is stressful enough without this kind of trouble.
Their insurance policy is a joke. Read the small print!
We're currently looking into legal action against them.
We gave them a chance and got burned. Badly burned. BEWARE!

Ps we refused to 'rate' the boss guy on his mobile phone at the end of the day because we were so angry, but later found out he'd 'rated' himself by choosing himself five stars. What a joke.
As we unpack we're discovering more and more broken stuff. Gutted...
