Good Points
Cheap, fast and quick customer service, and nice admin features.

Bad Points
Quite a bit of downtime, files and database tables have gotten erased twice.

General Comments
I've been with Hostdime (www.hostdime.com) for two years and I am considerably happy with them. I don't run an online business, so constant uptime falls below price on my priorities. The price is very competitive and customer support has been quick and helpful. This is good because I have needed to contact them a lot with my website being down. Twice, after it being down, I lost about a month's worth of updates that had been made to the site. I wasn't too thrilled about that. Other than those two times, the hosting has been all that I need.
