Although boohoo have some cool clothes their customer service is appaling. ive ordered a few things in the past mainly jackets of around £45-50 with standard delivery they took a week to arrive and had no other problems however it was only a matter of time before i came across some issues like evryone else dont use the next day delivery everytime ive used that my orders have gone wrong and either not arrived as the item sold out even tho advertised as in stock on site but my money was still taken and i wasnt informed until i rung to ask where the item was i had also emailed which took a month for them to respond to! you get more help via their facebook page. most recent item looked completly different in person to the pic on site couldnt return it due to them not changing my order to despatched and also arrived late again took 3 phone calls to sort this out shocking.

they do answer the phone though so thats a plus lol x
