“poor product and even worse customer service”

Brought a fire pit cover which we didn't use until last winter, when we used the fire pit early spring, we found it was rusty and wet (this was brand new, never used) The cover was cracked and all the waterproof coating peeling away.
Although I got in touch with customer services I found the adviser to be most unhelpful, nor did he offer to refund or replace the faulty item, saying it was over 6 months old. I would have expected several years out of this item which is designed to protect. I wouldn't recommend such a poor company, with zero customer service skills to anyone.
