I was hesitant at first due to the price but I received a full and comprehensive demonstration and just could not say no! I have not been disappointed. I can already feel the difference and have noticed the difference I. Terms of shampoo usage and washing up liquid etc. I am confident that over time this will pay for itself, despite having to purchase the salt to put in it. It is a very simple device in as much as there is nothing for me to do until it is time to change the salt (approximately once a month with two people living in the house) and remember to switch the system over to hard water when refilling the hot tub. It really is that easy. Salt is easy to change and replace. Once you receive a quote then however much work might be involved in fitting the machine and altering pipes etc it is one price only no matter how long it takes.
So far myself and my partner are very pleased. The demonstrator/Salesman that came to us was not in the least bit pushy, very nice, very polite and professional and we h e not been disappointed.
