The system is rubbish it throws out ordinary words

Have had an account with L and G for over 12 years. They are great. Great customer service. Security is good especially with online management of investments. Easy to manage your portfolio online.

When I try to print out the details of my investments by clicking on the PRINT symbol nothing happens. I have tried to resolve this over the telephone, and spent half an hour with one of your advisors, but in the end, after trying various complex manoeuvres, she could not do so. All we copuld achieve was a miniature image, scarcely legible, of the top half of the relevant page. She promised to refer the problem to another dept., but I have heard nothing since. Other banks and investment houses offer a similar facility, and theirs works. Why does yours not? I have read your assurance that your staff take possession of a customer problem. Who is the owner now, and where is he/she?
