“I bought a top from Bonprix in August which although...”

I bought a top from Bonprix in August which although was 'in stock' took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. It didn't look ANYTHING like the picture on the site (a large part of the top was white on the site and orange on the top I recieved!), and was too big so the next day I sent it back first class, asking for a smaller size.

I didn't hear anything back for ages, checked my account - there was no record of them recieving the top or sending out a smaller size. I finally emailed them in October, asking what had happened, and a few days later I got an email back saying the top was now out of stock (although still advertised as being in stock on their website!) so they were sending me a refund.

The refund finally arrived a week later. Not good customer service and the products are of poor quality and not as advertised. I won't be using them again!
