“Excellent customer service and a very fair company to use”

The person I dealt with was excellent, worked hard to get a satisfactory result for me. MCE insurance paid out more than I insured the bike for, as they paid out based on the retail average value using Glasses Guide & Cap Guide which I was not expecting.

I also got a fair price back on my clothing so all in all, I was fairly dealt with and kept up to date at all times.

Well done to the person I dealt with, keep up the excellent work!
