“Dreadfull Customer Service”

Booked a replacement window on 8th may, couldn't fit in until The 17th May. They called on 17th to say no glass in stock-despite having had 8 working days to order it in! advised it would be 25th- another 8 days! I said no because I am going away on 25th and wanted it repaired before I drove a long way- she said ok it will be done tomorrow, 18th. I called on 18th to find out where repair man was- nothing booked in! tried to tell me Friday 25th again, I again explained that It must be done before then as I was travelling. finally booked for Wed 23rd -2 weeks after initially reporting it! waiting to see if they actually turn up. Not very good service but stuck with this company as Tesco insurance use them!
