Today I rang up to get insurance on a phone I bought with them, I was on the phone a total of 40minutes, and spoke to about 6/7 different people, first one was helpful, but the others just transferred me.
I explained to the last lady I spoke too how many people i have spoken to and asked could she just sort my problem out please? And got sworn at and hung up on! Disagraceful. I would not recommended this company to anybody!
You need to give your staff some customer service training. I hope I never have to deal with you again!
