“Avoid this company”

At your peril. Seems like 3 network has gone downhill. I've been a customer for years and I admit complain about three a lot as they have never solved my issue with them. Apparently due to me living in a dark spot area my signal can be up or down. My family however on various Sims e.g. o2 ee & giffgaff don't have any issues. So my question three can't answer is how come they can pay way less and receive better service as we all in the same home so 3's excuse was it could be your 'building materials i.e. wall thickness etc. So again all other networks work in my home but 3. The 4g I've never had 3g breaks connection constant. Texts even take time to send. I have to hang out window for reception sometimes lol was doing that over 20yrs ago when old tech was ruling the world. Come on 3 either put up or shut up. You claim to be a wonderfull data provider but truth is you are not. I've called customer service over and over and to be honest speaking to them is like learning my child how to speak. Repeating over and over. Spelling out words etc. Pointless. Waste of people's time. Just wish a real company would take over three as it's a shame as they was a decent company way back. I pay £35 a month on pay and go. 1 day after I topped up I had calls drop costing me money. Signal that bad it cut off to customer service and they called me back. Twice. In the end all they tried to say was they were having problems. That call took half an hour off my life. I think they act dumb so you don't call them again. Really do. So yes my opinion of three is in the gutter. Come on three it's 2018 and our money deserves better now. Rant over lol
