Bought a brand-new mobile phone from Tesco’s it was 40 from the day we bought it for some reason they decided they wanted to repair it the repair centre the worst mistake we ever done was bought a phone from Tesco’s direct for some reason they will not send us the phone back repaired they like to us all the time we are getting no joy we spent £600 on the phone never again will I go to Tesco’s direct the worst customer service I’ve ever known
