“Wouldn't buy from Bellway”

We reserved a house with Bellway and when the valuation came back 15k less they tried to back us into a corner. We had no option but to not proceed.

We have lost over £700 in solicitor fees and now they are only refunding half of our reservation fee.

Poor customer service and greedy builders.
