“Totally Let Down by this Company”

Ordered two Epson cartridges. They arrived quickly but were rejected by my printer. Quickly given detailed information about how to rectify but this didn't work. Requested refund. Asked to send scan of printed page to show problem so I did. Then told to return for full refund of both cartridges. Three weeks later heard nothing. Asked to send scan of proof of return which I did. Two weeks later emailed. Told yes, received cartridges will refund. Six weeks later - nothing. Asked for refund via PayPal last week - still pending. Sad, because I've had inks from them before in the past that were fine and would have continued to do so, but not now and would not recommend to anybody now.
