From my first contact I was impressed with the best customer service I have experienced. Within one hour of calling, I had a voucher by email to get a replacement cycle - and after visiting a local branch of a cycle store the very next day, I took delivery of a spanking new bike. The whole experience exceeded my expectations! Well done to all who were involved. A traumatic experience of having a bike stolen was made bearable. What was not to like?
