“Deposit refund not returned for 3 months”

National Motorhome customer service is really terrible. When I collected motorhome I’ve taken photos of all damaged parts. And when returned they said I have damaged it. Then I showed photo, they weren’t happy to agree with it. Then deposit refund it took nearly 3 months. It says refund takes upto 28 days. But company’s deposit holding third party somehow lost deposit and their system crashed and they couldn’t refund. Then they refunded manually but I haven’t received. After tons of emails and phone calls and complaints to credit card company and financial ombudsman they have finally refunded my deposit after 11 weeks.
Don’t hire from National Motorhomes or you pay more!!!
