They have no comprehension of customer service.
Two weeks and still waiting for a replacement screen for my Alfa Romeo Brera.
Staff are un-proffessional un-helpful.
The first screen was ordered incorrectly.
The second they couldnt fit due to weather, my god we live in a wet country!!!!
I complained to my insurer and was put back to Auto-windscreens where i was told the area manager would ring me ----he did later and left a half hearted message on my phone.
If i wasnt forced to use this terrible company by my insurer i would use a close competitor.
