I will use them again - but I would like better communication and a little more assurance.
I found myself in a panic about funds I had sent twice - and on one occasion TravelHouse claimed to have not received my payment, only to tell me the next morning that actually they had?
£700 paid and I am still awaiting tickets despite my consultant advising at 2 1/2 hours ago that I would have them in 20 minutes.
