“Nightmare in shop”

Brought various items - The ones in stock were delivered fine but also brought ex-display and when I went to pick up at agreed time found one item was missing and was told it probably got stollen ??? how can it be stollen ???
Then when I asked what they were going to do I was told they could refund the item but otherwise the only option was for ME to drive to Bristol (from London) and pick one up from their sales store,
Being that I had hired a van and paid for travel to France to take all the items a refund was no help,
ONLY after about 2/3 hours of being in the store and insisting on speaking to a customer service manager did they then tell me sorry and we will send one to you and that the store should have been able to arrange this,
Shame the store did not know the company procedures and care to help customers instead of telling me it was my problem
