“No customer service and poor quality product”

I bought a kitchen 1 year ago from Howdens Cambridge on Coldhams lane and used an experienced fitter to build it. One corner filler was missing and the fitter said that he needed it. My wife went to the store but Howdens insisted that nothing was missing. The fitter carried the work without the corner filler and now the doors do not open properly. Howdens refused to take responsibility and show no care for customer satisfaction saying that we should insisted more even if we are not the kitchen experts here!
On top of that the bin door and the corner unit are getting very loose and they just consider that acceptable.
If you are not ripped off by their questionable sales practice, then you will be for quality of customer care.
Stay away.
