Good Points
The sceen quality is fantastic and with a decent camera that takes good photographs, the polyphonic ring tones are also very good. The menu is very easy to use and the build quality if excellent.

Bad Points
The reception quality has been generally very poor on the T-mobile network, this seems strange to me considering I've had other T-mobile phones and they had perfectly good reception. The phone also likes to turn itself off occasionally too. The manual comes in the form of a CD which is very fustrating as it means everytime you want to look at something you have to turn on your computer and load the CD - very annoying, especially as it doesn't cover everything about the phone.

General Comments
Firstly the reception on the Motorola V300 is poor and outgoing calls fail even when there is full signal. Sending texts has also failed sometimes, although this seems to have cured itself. On the plus side the handset looks fantastic and is very easy to use.
