“Beware agents Miss Sell you additional insurance”

I used holiday autos for the first and last time recently, I collected my car from the airport was told to sign a digital screen and pay €175 - I believed this to be the refundable deposit that was referred to in the paper workaling with airport taxes. Having already paid for additional insurance via holiday autos I was suprised to find out that actually despite the agreement there was in fact no deposit to pay and monies taken were a non refundable additional insurance product.

Miss selling at its finest
