“Treating customers as people, not numbers!”

On purchasing my first motorhome, a basic Caravan Guard insurance was included. I phoned the call center and spoke to a friendly, helpful lady, who talked me through the policy and upgrades available - talked, NOT read a script. Then we discussed specific needs, which did not fit the policy and off she went, speaking to managers and emailing the underwriters, until she had made the necessary agreements, all in the same day. FANTASTIC!
Could not be happier with the customer service, will have to see how the policy goes, but off to great start. Many thanks.
