“Tenant Finding”

Have used Landlord Direct three times and always been impressed by the helpful, friendly attitude of the staff who really went the extra mile for one of my tenants who was quite elderly and needed a great deal of help with the documents. The web site is easy and if there is a query the staff are always ready to talk on the phone as well as e-mail. The charges are reasonable and fairly split between landlord and tenant. I have been more than happy with the service and will recommend it to others and always use it myself.
