There are other companies to sell your tech with. Don't waste your time dealing with these people. I posted a well packaged IPad in perfect condition, It gets returned to me as 'faulty' as it now has a crack on the screen, it's now virtually worthless! They wouldn't own up to breaking the iPad themselves and have now questioned my integrity!
