“Windscreen replacement”

My car is a model new to the market, I suspected it may take a while to locate a replacement windscreen.
Autoglass were marvellous at keeping in touch , we eventually agreed a date for replacement, as it happened not too long a wait from their point of view, I could not make my car available so they scheduled to meet my requirement.
They contacted to remind me of date, fitter left a text to give details of when he would arrive.
Fitter was polite, he gave an estimate of time it should take to ft windscreen, he explained as necessary, details of aftercare. All in all - from first contacting Autoglass, replacement went as smoothly as it could have done. Impressed and pleased with their service.
