“Still awaiting delivery”

Ordered birthday bouquet with balloon and chocolates on 23rd march to be delivered on 5th April and they haven't arrived , got told they will be 1 day late due to using Royal Mail, sooner them be there 1 day early than late, still haven't received them2 days later, they should have been there due to order being placed early, not happy the fact you can't call them is dispicable who runs a business with no phone contact all I require us full refund as birthday has now gone.
