My daughter booked an intensive course with pass n go. They passed her details onto a driving instructor who failed to book the date of her practical test in his diary and consequently missed her test. Pass n go now refuse to chase anything up with the instructor because he was 'self-employed' and advise her to contact dvsa regarding the matter. Seems to me they take your money, pass on your details and are not prepared to solve any issues which may arise. Very poor customer services and would advise strongly to avoid this company unless you want to throw a good portion of £800 away. I would expect much better services for my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
