Looking back, a company selling "premium" products that sits behind a single email address with no visible address or phone number may not be an ideal company to deal with.
Guess what? A 5-8 day delivery is now into its third week with no sign of the goods and no responses to emails and online messages requests.
I am now facing the hassle of getting my money back via my credit card provider and sourcing mats elsewhere. Would I use this faceless and contactless company again? Would you?
