was an "existing customer" with you,with full NCB and no issues outstanding. I then contacted you to renew my MH policy and was treated with utter contempt by a female rep of yours with a "Can't do won't do attitude" and the problem was "I had not added myself to the register of electors" following a recent change of address!!
Whilst I accept that this is a requirement of the insurer, to reject a renewal of an existing client for such a technical reason is a"jobsworth" stance! and only required a temporary cover pending my confirmation that I had now been added to the register.
This inflexible and overbearing stance by her sent me searching for a replacement insurer and you lost a paying customer over such a petty requirement which was quickly resolved at your loss, and a competitors gain!
Can I ask , Do the directors support such "hostile Customer Service"?
