Booked with this lot last year and they were excellent. Unfortunately this year was a different story.
After an 8 hour delay due to snow we arrived at Lanzarote airport to find that as we were over 6 hours late the car hire was void, with no refund for car or extra insurance. Added to that the Goldcar lady said she had re-hired the vehicle.
Even the Jet2 rep tried to explain the problem to DYS but to no avail. Rude person on the other end of the phone in Spain just hung up TWICE.
Would I use them again BIG FAT NO. Out of pocket by 580euros as a pensioner.
