Additional Charges .. BEWARE
There was an anomally with previous insurer (AXA) who had mistakenly put a key claim as vehicle claim. Direct Dial without notice took an addiotnal £124 from my card. A letter arrived three days later dated the day of the takem funds as king for clarity on the claim.
They had email address / mobile phone details etc. They requested proff that took sometime to gain from AXA but thye promised to refund the money. i sent the proof asking for the refund or a reason why. This was done 8 weeks ago and no refund or contact from Direct Dial
They may be cheap at first but avoid like the plague ..... I feel mugged via the internet
