“EXCELLEN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”

JusT bought new kitchen from Homebase, Team Valley,Gateshead and have to point out that from beginning to end the service and attention was tip top. The minute from entering the store and meeting, and then to the kitchen planner, profesional and attentive to customers needs . Nothing was a bother to either of these two members of staff and it showed in their dealings with us and our needs. He was excellent with our plans for kitchen and consequently we went ahead with purchase. No problems with delivery timing etc to conincide with our kitchen fitter and kept informed when time of delivery to be. The delivery driver arrived with out kitchen bright and very attentive to his job, he had everything set out in order for our kitchen fitter, who also was very impressed regarding the stacking of units etc. He was an absolute delight, polite, cheerful and generally a nice young guy, again nothing was a bother, well done, as again I would imagine you do not get praised enough, well I have!
We would also like to thank staff and management for our refund, which was related to various items that we did not need, as we did not need upstands since we were tiling. Once contacted, Homebase were quick to respond and offered us to call at the store and our refund would be available, so well done, and thanks for a very attentive and customer friendly store. We would highly recommend your store.
