On Thursday 22/03/18 I have set up a Monday delivery 26/03/18 of my sofa at home. On Friday I got a slot not convenient for me so I have tried to call more than 10 times Tottenham Court Road store to change the delivery date but nobody answer my call. I have called your customer service office on the same day. The lady said someone would give me a call at lunch time. Nobody called me back. On the weekend I have tried to call few more times and nobody answer my call. On Monday, the day of the delivery I have paid a person to stay in the flat to receive the sofa and NOBODY went to delivery the product. I am very upset with the situation. First of all I want to know where the sofa is, when is it going to be delivered and if I am going to be compensated for this all inconvenience.
