“Poor Quality Service / Incapable of Resolving Problems”

I purchased a brand new twin axle caravan from Grantham Caravans in 2015.
Within one week I started to have problems with the caravan.
The caravan was taken back to Grantham Caravans to be put right on many occasions with several faults with only minor success. While the staff were polite and courteous they appeared unable and /or incapable of putting the faults right. I contacted the manufacturer on several occasions to try to resolve the situation and quite frankly they were as bad if not worse to deal with. I have resorted to changing my caravan to another make and dealership and hope for better success!!!!!
I have spoken to a number of other caravan owners who have had similar problems with Grantham Caravans and will not be using them in the future.
