We have hosted our emails with Jolt (formerly WebHostingBuzz) for nearly a decade. With a company name change we decided to host with a different company to spread the risk, planning to put the fallback .co.uk addresses with Jolt. All was well in preparation for six months, then as we went live the other company decided to upgrade their servers. Email service was down more often than up and they kept re-initialising and we lost any new emails not downloaded at the time, and any IMAP emails no longer appearing on their servers. It was a disaster.
Overnight we overwrote the new .co.uk mails on the secondary domain at Jolt with the new .com ones, salvaged what we could and re-pointed to Jolt. All worked perfectly after propagation and has continued to do so for two years. Fallback emails now go to another backup host, but Jolt is our first trusted resource.
I wish a better web site generator were offered in C-Panel, but at the price the overall service is great. The only other niggle is the one time we were blacklisted because another customer on shared hosting abused their account, but Jolt cannot be blamed for that and it was resolved on a reasonable time scale. (Some block lists have a policy of delaying reset for a few days...)
