Ordered to Roman black out blinds in grey for my upstairs front bedrooms
had the blinds fitted only to find out that the back of the blinds ie lining is a different colour. Phoned up and complained about it and was told it's the only colour backing they do. So have now got grey blind inside bedroom but it's beige from outside. They've lied and said that the salesman told us they only do one colour lining WHICH HE CATEGORICALLY DIDN'T. My wife has told them he didn't and if he had done she wouldn't have placed the order. Been on the phone 3 times, they don't care and don't want to know. MOST UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID THEM IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.
