“Bad Avoid run”

AirTkt airline reservations. RT flight Sea/Madrid. First time to use AirTkt. Return flight is cancelled. Contacted them to rebook a flight. 15 days of their stalling. The person I dealt with from Airtkt made an an alternate booking, provided Eticket number/Airline conf code. Said "You will receive the airline confirmation by email in 24hrs." After 48hrs I contacted Airtkt, the fellow said "sorry sorry, you'll have it in the morning." Nothing. Waited 24hrs. Contacted them again and a lady says I see your reservation, wait 72 hours for a confirmation email." I said "airlines confirm a booking in 24hrs, usually less. Airtkt told me this same story twice last week, nothing happened. What happens if I don't hear from you guys on Wednesday? The operator provided me with a phone number/ext to call on Monday, then hung up. Monday I will call Airtkt, I anticipate another stall and no action. Then I'll call my bank and dispute the charge, and then buy new tickets. Silly business.... following the example set by trump. Say anything to make a buck, lie, then screw the "mark." A parasite. Fortunately my bank will refund the funds. Airtkt is bad, avoid them and run away to a reputable company.
