“Non Renewal Telepnoe Call”

I rang to inform you that I would not be renewing my Home insurance policy this year. This was based solely on annual cost. I explained that I am going with another insurer who because I had another policy with them for twenty years they offered me a deal that in fairness could not be matched by any other company. Your staff member did offer a 0% interest credit if I wanted to pay monthly and this was attractive but still did not better the other companies offer.

Your staff member was very professional and handled my call not to renew very well. I would certainly check with you next year to see how your cost compare.
