“Poor, Poor, Poor!”

Communication was poor, customer service was poor and the garage they chose to use was poor. Initial service was cheap, but additional work was expensive. I have advised my family and friends to avoid them at all costs. When you raise a complaint they are very selective about which parts to reply to and which parts to body swerve! Claim to be totally transparent but don't break down costs to show parts and labour and don't provide images of all the major items replaced, despite claiming they do.
